I unfortunately was unemployed and fell into a slight depression, i wasn't really focused on crypto currencies but does this still prevent me from claiming my stake that i paid for, i have all the proof from messages to the Dev's asking how i am not able to claim my share to being on the google doc as being listed as a ligitamiate shareholder

There were many opportunities to claim, and extended redemption periods, but many people didn't think NEM was important at the time. Only now when a stake is worth over $250,000 people are realizing that NEM was a worthwhile investment. Either way if you forgot, you can't have valued NEM as a worthwhile investment in the past as it wasn't high on your list of priorities.
