How will you sell the tokens when the crowd sale is currently in progress and the tokens are yet to be created? Wont you be able to change your password using forgot password link sent to your mail id?

I don't know why You're choosing to spread fuds now that the Mobilego ICO is drawing closer to a close, You should have done this before the ICO even started. Just few days ago, You were talking about contacting Poloniex that Mobilego ICO is a scam and the discount levels are false. Now You're here complaining about the cap. I'm sure Everyone who invested is very much aware that there is no minimum or maximum funding limit.
Maybe It's you trying to fud so You can get cheap MGO tokens when the ICO ends.
What is the price per MobileGo token if raises 25M?
If $25m is raised, each MobileGo token should cost anywhere between $0.25 to $0.27. I'm not quite sure about this.

You forgot the 30m Mobilego team tokens in your calculation:
