Did you get nailed by regulators to remove fiat currency exchanges? how is ETH decentralized? didn't they have most of the hash power and that's why they were able to hard fork left and right? so much for decentralization. I hope you know without advertising your exchange no one will join and use your services.
This is the first time I see this thread and it was created in 2016, this 0 fee for 1 month is interesting though but we need to see if you attract some volume to be worth it to try you out.
