Cant work in some country,such as Bangladesh. 
Problem and solution were both addressed above. TL;DR: Use PerfectMoney as an alternative.

No, you're not allowed to make a deposit through bitcoin.I read the press release but i think perfectmoney already allow users to keep their bitcoin in PM wallet. And Bangladesi resident can also fund their PM wallet via bitcoin.
Why do they not allow Bangladesh members to deposit bitcoin, though?
