For signature campaign participation accept only 300 participants?

Where did you get the inforamtion that the number of participants are capped. I don't think the team put such information forward.

Nothing,but i look from the sheet and i notice there is no increase of participants..them from that i ask the question and if anyone ask about it i can inform it

Looking at the sheet it looks like yes may be they have restrained and put a cap of max 300 participants since after that I dont see any update happening for the number of new participants joining the campaign.May be tomorrow you will get to know when the update the stakes for this week.
