I have seen their mining rig, is that you are talking about? If you have a budget, build a very high specs computer ,you need a mant gpu like rx480 or nvidia 1080ti and an intel i7 or ryzen processor. It is bit expensive but when you start mining little by little you will get back your money. The sad thing is the electric  bill. It will go higher when you start mining.
