DOGE is very cheap; total number of coins is roughly the same as Ripple
And DOGE is a real cryptocurrency, not a token that is generated by typing numbers on a keyboard.
It works pretty well too; I would love to see it at 1000 satoshis or more; perhaps some stupid XRP money will come to Doge, when the shit hits the fan and people look for other optically cheap coins?
