Its not delayed to tezos,they are planning to move out the office to singapore and in this regard will have to follow the legal procedures and hence they have pushed the ICO date to 15th june.

So wait, now ICO won't start until June 15th?  Huh please clarify.
Is the ICO opening date for SONM still in May 25th?Can anyone be sure?
