MobileGo have already established the GameCredit platform which is going to be huge in China and have just run one of the most successful ICO's ever! I know most of these company are "new" and just developing but calling them shitty just shows pure ignorance.
Back to a positive more contructive note though... That above list is great. But lest not forget about all of the established projects running on the Waves Platform that are doing great things and have never done an ICO! It's not always about raising money in this game!
