I've tried the free option, but I get this message - 'Your remaining Customer-Only use: 0 Times' and I've tried emailing them for the paid service but no response to my email which was sent about 14 hours ago. Any other options?
If you're seeing that "Customer-Only" message... it means you've created an account... which is only supposed to be for ViaBTC mining pool customers... don't login or sign up... just goto the page... put your TXID in the box, enter the captcha and click submit...
