glad to hear that! next time you must be more transparent , faster response, explain immediately what happened and what causing it. so people wouldn't make a wild speculation right? people frequently ask for help and complaing through this forum btw , so be more active interact with people around here would be better . and you have done a good job so far natalie, really.

They were sent an explanation through our support team couple of times before posting here and even after, the issue was addressed immediately through private messages.
We all know how generous Jack is, so if the compensation was needed they would get one. Unfortunately, in this case, it is not :)
