Not possible.Platform is still tested by beta testers and there are still some beta testers who still didn't get invitation.
After beta testers, ico investors will get access whose number is definitely much more than beta testers.
Once all ICO investors get invited,it will be open to general public.
I do not think all this possible in just 2 weeks.
I reckon it will be available in Aug-Sep for general public.
