Please don't worry concerning high limits. Now there are so called closed crowdsale for investors, who are watching us for a long time. Therefore the limits are a bit higher than usual. But on the 20th of May all the limits will be taken off.
Concerning "late announcement", we have presented our project at Blockchain conference in Moscow, October 2016. All interested investors were invited to exclusive crowdsale.

That's good that you're removing limits after 20th of May. A lot of small investors can create big support for the project.
