thank you!

How do i  concrete transfer bitcoints from the external wallet(f.e. a paper wallet) to my bitstamp-account?
f.e. i put bitcoins from bitstamp to this wallet createt with: https://www.bitaddress.org/bitaddress.org-v3.3.0-SHA256-dec17c07685e1870960903d8f58090475b25af946fe95a734f88408cef4aa194.html
Wallet-Key: 1BrQLtfbeA9EM4Pw71kc3eQd9pQ4QWwMw8
Private Key: Kyxv1N1Pa67BnuogCjHwPEJr3iJsfbZ6FcAnkvuA3LuLSeArivmc

How can i transfer the bitcoins back again to the bitstamp-wallet(or another wallet)?

One way is to add the private key for the external wallet to any wallet client, and then create a send from exactly that address. The Blockchain.info wallet has a function letting you "sweep" balances from existing addresses into another one.
I testet the blockchain.info wallet-page. But i can´t tansfer bitcoins from my external wallet to the bockchain.info-wallet.
