Can this smart contract be used for non-gambling applications?  For example, an escrow service for off blockchain trading (think Local Bitcoins or status.im project)?  

Edit: also... like seriously why doesn't this project have any traction?  I'm baffled.  Compared to many other ICOs right now, this is head and shoulders above the others.  I hope it makes the minimum funding...
