The Idea of Disconnecting MasterCard Exchange before We even have the new Visa Card is Very BAD Idea . I thught the MasterCard will work for 60 days from the email Receiving Time !!!

Indeed, in the newsletter they said MC will work for the next 60 days, but no mention of disabling top-up immidiately. Basically no one can use ATM anymore, until new card arrive.
