These are US cards, so I doubt they work outside the US, however, I really do not know
I only guarantee they work on US accounts.
Actually all Steam Gift cards work worldwide and are just converted to the currency of the buyer. Meaning that if you buy a 50$ Steam card from Germany, you will receive 46.39 euro in your account.
