I couldn't find any unconfirmed parent transactions stopping yours confirming, and it has no double spends I could find. I think the reason it's taking so long is it only pays a 122.85 sat/B fee, and the networks's overloaded with almost a quarter of a million unconfirmed transactions.

Personally, I have ever think that tx fees in the long time have the tendency to be lowered.
