And I totally agree that tentativeness can be a bitch. But luckily I can reassure you that there never was an ICO and as a consequence there are no investors whatsoever. And even if that means, that you cannot buy XEL from any investor (due to the lack thereof) you will be still able to get some if you ask someone politely.
