You want honest truth? Don't trade crypto. With altcoin it is more of a gamble totally orchestrated market and nothing will indicate that there will be pump or dump in most cases.
I understand that you want to earn money - so the best strategy is load your boat with bitcoin and hold it. If you think that current high price of $1900 is too high I have a disclaimer for you:
it is only the beginning, in 3 years this price will be tripled for sure - and that is the most pessimistic scenario.
