There are no circulating btc either, very scarcely we see a transaction happening with bitcoin, every is converted to the new king of crypto, which in the back end is centralized, but people are forced to use only that.

this sounds more like the plot of a science fiction movie directed by Christopher Nolan! maybe we can get the 87 year old (by 2057 of course) Matt Damon to play the role of someone who is the "outlaw" and uses bitcoin irregardless of the punishment laws
we can call it "return to Elysium" as a sequel.
