Genesis addresses are not eligible for sale. If you buy then the seller can anytime access & transfer tokens, because he knows the private key

But if someone sell the genesis address with private key than it's good option. MNE would get completed in almost 47 years to reach it's maximum supply so that I also think this is interesting token.

If somebody sell the genesis address with private-key and if he is dishonest then he can sell tokens from the sold genesis address. Because, you can't change the private key or transfer the genesis address to new one. So, buying a genesis address is always dangerous .... So, keep away from such dealing ...

Yes you can, after buying just change the password to myetherwallet where the genesis address are
