What makes Pakistan a lot more dangerous than Nokor is, as op said, it's abundance in uranium which is a main ingredient to making nukes. A single nuke can be very dangerous and destructive in the hands of extremists. Imagine if these people would have access to creating unlimited number if Pakistan sponsors it.
