I don't understand. I have just read there was no ICO, and now people are selling XEL? Where do these come from?

Lannister has probably passed away since he was informing about health issues, but obviously this information is not confirmed.

if this is true, then based on how many people voted (aprox 25%) lannister is/was in possession of 70+% of all existing XEL Shocked

if those 70% of XEL are OUT OF circulation then donators are about to get filthy RICH!
