Why only 1 day notice? It's actually pretty simple...
500-999 will be assigned to the fastest contributors based on time stamp. There will be no Monaco VISA® BLACK Card issued after the initial 999
https://www.mona.co/#section-2 - I'm kidding, that would be a very silly reason.
I'm Kris - the founder of Monaco. Just opened an account on Bitcointalk to answer all the questions you may have
...we've been working on the product for almost 1 year
"Myself and our development team are on top of the technology, the market and our potential customer base. But none of us have a bitcointalk account or are familiar with how crypto ICO's are traditionally conducted..."
I have a question though.
Existing crypto debit card providers have unverified options but with a capped withdrawal limit and much higher fees eg.

(Full KYC may remove a large portion of the target market especially in developing countries, where traditional KYC is often one of the biggest hurdles for the currently unbanked. I also wouldn't be surprised if this option makes up a high % of the crypto debit cards shipped to date.)
The impression I got from the TKN Q&A is that they would only offer full KYC options. Will Monaco be able to offer unverified debit card options? Thanks.
Edit: Oh and TKN said they would not be able to service the US or Indian market initially. Will the Monaco card have the same initial restrictions?
