Simple math is never exact. It's more a slogan around too bait simple minds.
Everyone knows that the elite members themselves pick up the biggest rewards for their self-voting.
And some idiots pay for their membership.

Lisk is great, but the Lisk DPoS is crappy.

There aren't enough pools at the moment so voters will vote for any delegates sharing Lisk no matter the rules or amount.  For them, any Lisk is better than zero Lisk.
