I think it is ready, I just don't know when they will make use it fully. They already test it and it has been successfull.
That's why I don't know now why LTC price is going down, I expect because of more undervalued coins which is so much cheap atm, like Siacoin, BCN, and Sys. They are eating the cashflow atm.
