as this is just term "invented" by Kraken, you should check their's FAQ or send a message to support
they will explain with 100% certaintity. I would not use advice from here how it works, coz this could be misleading or not entirely true

personally i prefer to not use automatic options like that, just put sell order myself, its more "sure bet" for me
