Because we will be on ARDR blockchain and we will have all functionalities (buy/Sell ALIAS, buy/Sell Assets, voting, etc) with ZEIT there.

No Offense but that is a stupid idea.
Zeitcoin has it's own blockchain completely independent of ardr/nxt network.
Meaning if ardr/nxt crashes or just decides to dump zeitcoin, the ardr/nxt devs could kill it with an update,
stupid idea.
By switching to a token , zeitcoin becomes a worthless token.
