Either you transaction did not propagate to the network well, or the fee is so low that ViaBTC's node has chosen to forget your transaction. You can rebroadcast your transaction with any transaction broadcast service like

Hmm. It still can't even after my rebroadcast, but as that TX is 61.xxx sat/B it should be enough. ViaBTC accepted & confirmed my 40 sat/B today, AND when I checked a 5.519 sat/B TX, it actually said "Transaction fee is too low". So there is a threshold, and if 61.xxx sat/B was under it, that should have been the error message, not that it doesn't exist.
