Where you invested your BTC? which coin did you bought? in trading, you need the patience to make a profit. If you don't have the patience to wait until the price goes high then don't do trading. You will lose some more money. Yes first learn how trading will work and which coin is better to trade. Then start to buy coins. Basic information is much needed in trading to make money.
