Hi, if you want to get confirmed faster, you should put higher fee. I paid about 0.0009 BTC on fee and it has 3 confirmation less than 24 hours. But i use it to pay my members (mass payment), i think if you're just sending to one people maybe you should use Coinbase, there is selected fee, you can't change it but your transaction will get confirmations very fast
