So yes, I've pulled out and if I don't get paid for my work in the next days i'm throwing a scammer tag out there.

I don't think it is a scam just yet. They seem to have had a similar problem on their ltc coin pool.

I am glad to say that the payout script ran successfully and a I have confirmed with a couple of you guys that the funds have been received. Phew!..
I have now automated the script, so every 10 minutes, it will check to see if a block has been won, and after 120 confirms, the payment script will send funds out to those that are above their set payment threshold. Moving forward, I now plan to update the My Stats page to provide even more details about your account; I would like to know if there are any features, or stats that you guys want to see, as this is your pool as much as it is mine! Let me know what you want and I shall do my best to add any features that are requested; you can contact me the normal way, email address at the bottom of the page - or Skype/MSN/GTalk etc me if you already do

Well, after a lot of testing, I am now proud to say I have the payment system up and running. As I type this, the script is running and calculating your rewards. As I have not been able to test the actual payment through litecoin side of things, I hope all runs smoothly, but will fix any issue that may appear as quickly as I can so that you will finally be able to see your LTC in your wallet - Thanks for your patience with me, it is greatly appreciated.
