Comfirmed payout.

http://www.bitcoinar.net/
Seem to pay 0.0000002 each visit (each 24 hour)

http://freebitcoins.me/
0.000005 popped up. My number of visits is foggy.
http://www.freebtc4all.com/
Got 0.000001, but I lost track on how many visits.
http://thefreebitcoins.com/
Payed out 0.000007. Don't remember how many visits I did.
http://www.virtualfaucet.com/
0.000008 delivered. The number of visits: Haven't the faintest...

The four last sites in the above list can however be visited each half an hour. So the accumulated amount might be considerably fair...

Did not find any of these sites in your list
(may have over looked one or another):

http://www.freebtc4all.com/
http://thefreebitcoins.com/
http://www.virtualfaucet.com/
http://www.bitcoinar.net/

Not yet checked out how/if/when/what they pay...

Thanks for the report.  I got a payment from freebitcoins.me; still waiting on the others.

Collecting these tiny bits of bitcoin maybe fun for some but please keep in mind that

* it takes  10,000 (ten thousand) payments of 0.00000100 BTC to get you 0.01 BTc which is about US $1.15 (1BTC = US $115)
If you are getting 0.00000100 BTC per day, it will take you about 27 years to make that $1.15 Smiley calculation : 10,000 days / 365 days/year = 27.39 years.

* it takes 1,000,000 (one million) payments of 0.00000100 BTC to get you 1 BTc which is about US $115 (1BTC = US $115)
If you are getting 0.00000100 BTC per day, to get that whole bitcoin, you will have to wait 2739.72 years Smiley calculation : 1,000,000 days / 365 days/year = 2739.72 years

Don't go too crazy for these extremely low payouts... I have gotten a few of the really, really low ones like those 0.00000005 and 0.00000010... I mean, not 100, but 5 and 10 Smiley
