Giving up gambling is not easy, if you are only saying that you want to quit gambling with your mouth. But without works of quitting, do you think you are going to quit gambling? You need to push a plan so that you can quit gambling.
I agree, most of the time people can say something easily but eventually they are having hard time to do what they have said . Similar to the situation when someone said he's going to quit gambling but not making any action to do it so as he is still dealing with it . Maybe it will be better if people are making a plan or limitations even from the start not only after they become addicted .
If you do really want to quit then you should really be willing to leave gambling completely but you wont able to do it on instant way because it would really takes time for adjustments because if you tend to instant quit i do really say that you will surely failed and you will play again on gambling.I can say since i have already experienced such thing.
