This is so dam obvious.  These guys were forced out.  How can a business that says it was "profitable" just decide to disappear (without a fight)?  Because they were stepping on the toes of some very powerful "bet takers".  This could be anywhere from Bookmakers, online or real world.  What about Las Vegas?  There is no way such powerful groups would not eventually come to learn what Directbet was doing.  Where is their Cut??  $$$$$$
