I doubt this transaction will confirm because one of its input transaction has 0 fees which need to be confirmed first and viabtc can't help in this case because they don't accept transaction below 0.0001BTC/KB fees.
Only option is contact any pool owner and ask him to include these transaction in their next block or you can try spending output with very high fees so miners will need to confirm first transaction in order to claim high fees from your transaction.
