People who participate in bounty get some tokens very easily. Just write on twitter.
Advertisement program is " the more people participate in ICO, the more advertiser get some funds "
So, If advertiser really want to get some funds, they should gather people.

You are new to crypto I think. Bounties are good specially in marketing side. If you have really a great product or service , bounties won't affect price on the market because it is just a bit part. But if you do have shaky foundation and just rely on ICO then better think twice of launching.

But, Bounty have a problem.
But, bounty program makes total supply is bigger ( because, add bounty supply )
Token price is influenced by total supply. More total supply makes down token price.
However, Advertisement program is good.
Our advertisement program = 10% of ICO funds divide to advertiser .
So, If advertiser want to make big money, they should gather more people.
[ This is better than bounty program. Of course, This program is not exist before we start ]
( Some people abusing bounty program , they make lots of twitter account and receive lots of token )
Bounty program = Increase token's total supply .
Advertisement program = Maintain token's total supply .
Maintain token's total supply = maintain token's price and higher.
Think about E*geless.
E*geless is good project.
But, After ICO, they released bounty supply. because of bounty , edgeless's token total supply is bigger.
Total supply bigger = price down.
