1. Yobit messed up the swap, they didn't swap the ESP1 that were stored at their exchange.
2. If you didn't swap your own coins either, you messed up the swap as well.
3. Whoever messed up the swap, has lost all of his coins up to that point. Deal with it.

All other exchanges didn't mess it up, and successfully transitioned to ESP2. So did most people here. You can find the list of exchanges that run the current version of Espers in the OP. Also, note that the swap is a thing of the past and was a one-time thing, so "a month from now", everything will be exactly the same.
