In long term probably no. However have seen professional gamblers in black jack and poker but not slots etc 
I think that its pretty easy to get rich doing certain gambling games for Bitcoin since the price of Bitcoin is going up right now. Some people within IBM is really trying to get that whole Bitcoin Blockchain technology in front of many people so the price of Bitcoin could grow.There really is not that much too it than that. I am sure that IBM could just power on one of their computers just so they could get more network disruption though they are just waiting for something.
Gambling with Bitcoins is a fast method to getting a bunch of money, I am not so sure on the Rich part though.
