I'm in the US if I'm in the snapshot, and well I'm unable to claim my card - will that card be held for me essentially until it is allowed in the US? Or will it be another snapshot later on type of thing.
You will be able to give it to a friend who lives in another country. Since the beta period will only be a few months this makes the most sense because if it is ever available in the US the beta will be over by then.
