Hi so i have been using this website for a few months and it was perfect.
Up until recently I tried to deposit $20 worth of BTC, it failed to get deposited.
Their system did not detect it.
After 3 Days of my ticket being on the support somebody got back to me saying they have manually confirmed it and now "you're good to go"
..
It only showed up in history deposit but not in my wallet.
They did not fund my account only added the confirmation on the history.

2 Days(total 5) have passed no reply backs or anything.

This is getting frustrating.

Can somebody confirm if they have their card/deposit balance working or this is now a scam website?

UPDATE: I just got my $20 deposit in the form of a giftcode. Support said they forgot to give me the $20 gift-code earlier.
