По поводу баунти разработчики в основной теме отвечали уже, что для них раскрутка этого ICO не в приоритете, т.к. они хотят привлечь целевое финансирование на разработку и внедрение нового функционала, а сам продукт им скорее видится приватным, нежели публичным.
