Very slow response, despite uploading all the documents correctly. I was rejected for verfication reason stating below

"Unfortunately we are currently unable to approve your account.

The message listed as the reason for rejection is:
unable to contact"

no one tried to call me from coinspot AU. (is this a game to steal identity)
