What do you mean by career ? Bitcoin is a currency. You can accept bitcoins as a mode of payment for your job or services offered. Post your opinions and status in bitcoin and lets talk about it
If you decide to hold some bitcoins then that too may be profitable.
If you want a career in bitcoin related services you have to improve your skills in programming and/or graphics , trader,etc.
I think what he trying to say is that we can pursue a career in cryptography or a miner or a Cryptocurrency programmer which I think schools don't have that kind of courses now. In the near future if cryptocurrencies really replaced fiat then I think there will be courses about cryptocurrencies that will be offered. As it is now there is no such thing but self improvement and self experienced of skills in cryptocurrencies.
