Hi. I'm wondering whether anyone is having trouble logging into the mona-tore crypto exchange?
https://monatr.jp/I logged in successfully the first time using my Yahoo Open ID and sent some funds there to buy Mona. Since then I've not been able to log in at all using the same method.
One part of the screen says:
Logged in successfully.Duplicate entry '
https://me.yahoo.com/a/xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx' for key 'xxxxxxx'
(the xxx's blank out assigned characters that might be specific to me)
The top part of the screen says:
User ID(x)
Not logged in [ Login or Register ]
So one part of the page says that I'm logged in, the other part says I'm not. Has anyone encountered this problem before? And has anyone any ideas of how I can successfully log in to access my funds?
Unfortunately, it was reproduced on my PC.
Yahoo Japan ID (yellow) only succeeds in signing in.
It seems that the site does not support new single sign-on for google and yahoo.

However, it did work the first time when I sent my Litecoin funds in.
I have emailed the contact address for the website several times. I shall wait a further short while for an answer before concluding that
https://monatr.jp/ is operating a scam allowing you to send funds in, but then denying subsequent access to those funds.
If I receive no answer, I will then inform the authorities in Japan of possible fraudulent activity.

I got a new Yahoo ID and verified it.
Only when logging in for the first time,
the user ID is displayed and coins can be sent.

https://monatr.jp/ website allows you to log-in using Yahoo Open ID the first time allowing funds to be deposited, but refuses logging-in in all the subsequent attempts to log-in. This means that users cannot get access to their funds.
I notice on their Twitter account that difficulties in logging-in with Google have been reported in January 2017:
