Correct. You need to send from an address to which you control the keys to. Optimally you'd only use desktop wallets. Electrum is a prime choice for a light wallet. then how could i see my nvo tokens?

This has nothing to do with the Exchange, and you have no valid arguments. It is not uncommon for projects to get overwhelmed by unexpected demand, both in the crypto industry and outside of it. Even the biggest exchanges have been recently struggling with the load.NVO + WINGS
