Which email service provider you are using? I suggest you to use only gmail with them because I have never got such problem with them when using gmail address. Have you checked SPAM folder or Archived folder?
I am using Live, is there a way to change it and keep the account?.

Answer his question mate that's what I supposed to suggest too. Maybe you haven't check the spam folders or others. Sometimes when an email looks like a spam it is automatically sent to that "spam" folder. And the best thing is to post your problem at the main thread of yobit for further notice. But I feel sorry that most of the complains are just the same with you.
