That's one way of controlling myself in able to get a better profit. But giving myself an amount for limitation can be helpful but the question is if I'm going to follow that limit. It's very easy to set a limit but the hardest thing is that on how you are going to make the assurance that you can follow that for your own good for the profit you are hoping.
It can be helpful and I have proven that it works. Well sometimes it might not work when you get too excited to play and keep on winning but I can assure you that most of the time it works. And with your second sentence, the reason why gamblers are not getting a good profit is because of the emotion. I guess our emotion will always play a big part when it comes to betting activity because if you can't control it, your lost.
it can't be helped though that emotions will be included when you gamble. I think what makes us lose here is the sudden bursts of emotions that make us make decisions that we really didn't plan for. we can still be emotional I think but we have to keep it in check so that it won't cloud our deciaion making
