So long story short something happened to my most current backup , but I still have a backup of that encrypted wallet, but a few coins were sold after that backup was made. Does that matter at all?

I am almost done loading up the blockchain, I see my wallet and the amount I last had in it. I just want to make sure I'm not missing anything.
